Imitation of Life

Sadness is when...

You have nothing to show for three years of life.

You are your most reliable friend.

There is not one person you can talk to who will, or can understand you.

You can't tell the difference between who you are, and what you show people.

Everything is uncertain.

Your first inclination is always the wrong thing.

Sleep is your refuge.

Your own parents don't know you.

No one knows you.

Nothing matters.

It's always difficult to put into words what we really feel and that is why we blog and sing country and western songs.

What are the standards or proof we must show the world that we matter and have mattered? There are none other than we made a difference in a positive way while we were alive. Success is now a man-made creation and that is yet another tragedy of life. The others two being arrogant government and smelter smoke.

Life will always be uncertain and it is a personal journey, not a group excursion. People are always trying to rope others into their way of thinking because they lack the confidence to stand alone. Most of what people do in life is geared at their own desire to be accepted by the crowd, but crowds don't matter and crowds only amplify individual problems. The only thing that matters in life is that we leave the world a better place and that is always a personal deed.
